Meet Will, our CEO now based in Switzerland. He inspired our company to specialise in sustainable construction, driven by his passion for nature. Will also enjoys biking and hiking, activities that reflect his commitment to the environment.

Ian Mitchell

Commercial Manager – Caerphilly

Ian joined WCR in April 2024 to look after the flex space offerings at Caerphilly Business Park having worked in the CRE industry for the past 8 years as a Sales Director with a major operator. Outside of work, Ian enjoys travelling with his family and coaching his sons’ football team.

Brian Gatehouse

Project Manager

Meet Brian, he manages all our contractors in our multiple development projects. With many years experience, he ensures all our sites and projects run smoothly. His music knowledge is amazing and is a fan of Prince.

Marina Wooding

Financial Controller

Marina has over 30 years’ experience in finance and takes care of the financial operations within WCR and its subsidiaries. She also graduated in 2020 as an associate member of the CIPD. She loves travel, cake making, organising and cleaning. She is also a Superman fan, in particular Christopher Reeve.

Alison Gould

Admin Support / Receptionist

I’m Ali and I’ve worked for WCR Space for the last 4 years in an administration and receptionist role. Outside of work, swimming is my way of keeping fit and healthy, whilst supporting my two teenagers currently taking their final A level and GCSE examinations. WCR Space is an absolutely fantastic place to work and the Management Team are amazing!

Donna-Marie Thompson

Receptionist

I’m Donna and I’m a part time Front of house/receptionist at WCR Space. I started my role in February 2024. I absolutely love my job welcoming tenants and visitors. Prior to starting with WCR Space I was a receptionist/ administrator for Sekisui Alveo Ltd. I have 3 children which make me extremely proud daily. I enjoy walking and spending weekends in West Wales.

Jody Jones

Office Administrator – Quest House

Meet Jody. She is the office administrator at our Cardiff office. She deals with the day to day running of Quest House. She also has a big role in making sure all of the buildings within the WCR portfolio are kept compliant to all Health and Safety and UK current laws surrounding building management. She also assists the project management team in delivering any special projects.

Jenny Hardaker

Centre Manager – Quest House

Jenny is our Centre Manager at our Cardiff property Quest House. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the flexible office space industry, gained over the past nineteen years managing various properties in South Wales. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time away with her family in her campervan, music concerts and running.

Louise Watkins

Accounts Controller – WCR Property

Louise’s previous experience was in the Legal field within the Electricity Industry but then decided upon a career change and started Accountancy studies in 2009, and thereafter continued to work in this field.

Mum to a teenage Son and a Border Collie, who keep her very busy! In her spare time, Louise likes to meet with friends for dog walks and general catch ups. Over the years Louise has had many hobbies yet mostly enjoyed attending various Dance Style Classes.

WCR staff are always friendly and professional and act promptly on queries and requests.

I came to Caerphilly Business Park in June 2025 and after viewing two offices I chose a ground floor room in Britannia Lodge and since then I've already recommended the business park to a friend of mine who has take on an office too. I felt the price was very reasonable, especially with a discount for signing up longer than a year. We chose to bring our own office furniture but there was some on offer that we could have used instead. On moving in it was all very smooth Jason was a great help putting up my whiteboard and subsequently helping put up the company logo on the wall and window. The Tekeez team were also a help giving me some advice on how best to use the IT networks, due to my limited needs I chose to have a direct wired connection but they did offer to get my own wifi network set up.

I do have to be disciplined though, as I'm only a few metres away from Calon, who do really good food, I tend to try to bring in my own food for lunch as we have a microwave, toaster, kettle etc. but I do treat myself once, perhaps twice a week at Calon. I also find the receptionists fantastic as if my clients show up at reception they will point them in the right direction and make sure they are registered for the car park. They also go through the post and let me know if I have packages delivered so I only need to go over there when needed. I really like the fact that everything is included such as car parking, heating, electricity, internet connection, tea and coffee. There are also showers, which are useful if, like me, you like to go for a lunchtime jog. The cleaners keep the communal areas spotless and even clean my office weekly as well. As a business owner I tend to think that the best way to judge the service levels of a company are how they react when things go wrong, but after being here 6 months, which have flown by, I'm yet to experience anything going wrong.
