St Mellons is a Tier Two Grant Assisted Area and Cardiff Council can help to guide businesses looking to start up or locate in the city. Grant aid might not be a key reason for a company choosing a vibrant location like Cardiff, but the availability of a grant can help to reduce the risk of an investment. Cardiff Council and the Welsh Government’s Inward Investment team can discuss suitability and the availability of a grant package which could provide a very competitive offer to qualifying businesses. An excellent location on the outskirts of Cardiff

Quest House is part of St Mellons Business Park. It’s a beautifully landscaped area with a calm and quiet atmosphere that’s a wonderful contrast to the bustle of the city, but it’s still excellently connected.

St Mellons Business Park is situated just off the A48 which provides direct access to Cardiff City Centre (six miles west) and Newport City Centre (eight miles east), It’s also just a short drive off Junction 30 of the M4. And you’ll have somewhere to park, too, with 64 car parking spaces at Quest House available for use by tenants and guests alike.

If you prefer to travel by rail, the newly announced Cardiff Parkway station is set to open in 2024. Just two minutes’ drive away from Quest House, it’ll provide outstanding rail connections to Cardiff Central (seven minutes), Bristol Parkway (30 minutes), London Paddington (90 minutes), and beyond.
