Britannia Lodge

Starting life as a 24-bedroom hotel, WCR Space transformed Britannia Lodge into affordable and functional office space, some still with en-suite facilities, the building remains an integral part of Caerphilly Business Park. The building has recently benefited from a full refurbishment of the communal areas and the installation of solar panels, to assist with keeping running costs at a minimum.

The Octagon

Financial Assistance

Various grants and funding provided by Caerphilly Borough Council are available to tenants wishing to locate at Caerphilly Business Park.

The Caerphilly Business Start-up Grant is designed to help residents of Caerphilly County Borough set up a full-time business for the first time, who are not able to access any other sources of funding. It offers financial support to help eligible new businesses develop and grow. The Caerphilly enterprise fund can then support new and established businesses and community enterprises throughout the County Borough. Applications are continuously assessed by the Business Enterprise Renewal Team.

Caerphilly Business Park is a short 10 minute walk to Caerphilly town centre and train station, which offers frequent trains to Cardiff Central (journey time c. 15 minutes). It is also a 15 minute drive from the M4.
